On April 18, 2008 GBRf officially opened their new depot at March. This used to be the South Down Station Yard Goods Shed and has been refurbished.

Iain Coucher, CEO of Network Rail was present to unveil the nameplate on brand new loco 66728.

It now carries the name "Institution of Railway Operators"

Also present were 66725 "Sunderland", 66727 and 66729
