The last steam engines working under British Railways were the narrow gauge tank locomotives on the Aberystwyth to Devils Bridge line. As with everything else that moved at the time they were repainted into the corporate BR blue livery, from their lined green passenger loco livery, complete with the double arrows logo. These photos were taken in July 1969 No 7 "Owain Glendwr" on shed at Aberystwyth At Aberystwyth station No 7 takes on water ...................
