The Peak Rail Diesel Gala was held over the weekend May 10 - 11, 2008

The operational fleet of Peak Rail were all in action - Class 31 - 31270, Class 37 - 37152, Class 44 - D8 "Penyghent", and Class 55 - D9016 "Gordon Highlander"

37152 on the 10:16hrs freight from Rowsley to Matlock at Church Lane and approaching Matlock

D9016 "Gordon Highlander" and D8 "Penyghent" at Church Lane with the 10:50hrs Rowsley to Matlock

31270 leaving Rowsley with the 11:18hrs freight to Matlock

D8 on the rear of the 11:18hrs from Matlock at Rowsley
