Please identify this location

Location was England Lane, Knottingley on July 23, 1994. I gave a huge clue in putting the shot of 37515 in the  Archive Class 37 (22)  page which was the same rail-tour going in the opposite direction but it was still only identified by four people -  Ian Leech, Dave Smith, Richard Armstrong and Phil Bevan.
