The remains of Wellingborough London Road station on March 27, 1969. The line between Northampton and Peterborough closed on May 04, 1964. This location is now concrete supports for the A45 dual carriageway.

Stanier 8F 48380 leads a line-up of locos outside Wellingborough No.2 roundhouse on October 10, 1965. This building still exists today. A Peak peers around the corner in the distance.
